Automatic HTTP Seed Torrents

I think it would be great if a regular http/ftp download were automatically downloaded using bittorrent for large files.

Here's how I think it could work:

1. Detect download time of HTTP/FTP download. If longer than 10 minutes continue to step 2; If not, do nothing and allow normal HTTP download manager to finish.
2. Search for Torrent files with HTTP seed matching the download URL. If file is found, use torrent to find more peers. If not, create torrent file and upload it publically.
