No device handler in the name of Simulated Alexa Switch

After I publish the code in the Device handler tab , I am getting the green bar confirmation , publish is successful ; however when I try to create the custom device type I do not find the Simulated Alexa Switch in the drop down , I am in UK.

Let me know , looks silly , for some reason it is not working for me! , hence please help.

I know this is a bit old but I just installed this device handler. In the list of devices, this simulated switch is not in alphabetical order. Scroll all the way to the bottom
