The sunrise and sunset times off by 4 hours. Instead of sunrise at 5:47 AM it is displaying 9:48 AM. Likewise sunset is at 8:12 PM but is displayed as 12:11 AM the next day.
The OS is Kubuntu 24.04 LTS
Weather Widget 2 plasmoid version 2.3.5
It is placed on the Panel as a Widget
The location was entered using OWM
The OWM city URL for Norwalk, CT is:

The Timezone is set to Location Timezone which is physically in Norwalk, CT in the New York, USA time zone -5:00

As you can see it's 4 hours off. It has been like this since I installed Kubuntu 24.04 LTS last July in 2024. I don't really need this info so I never worried about it but it's definitely not correct.
My Plasma clock is correct and accurate. The clock and time zone are stock Kubuntu data and setup. I wouldn't even know how to fiddle with that stuff to change it.
