Real-world proof thread: Memnox, Vector and contribution provenance

BTG is using real upstream engineering work as one input to ENTITY provenance/evidence qualification.

Two contributions are already merged upstream:

• Memnox [GOOD FIRST ISSUE] Reproduce ENTITY v3.4.3 first-run path on macOS #86 — policy/time-window validation hardening
• Vector #26504 — ambiguous test-output panic converted into a normal configuration error

This thread is for reproducing, criticizing or extending how those events should be represented.

Important boundary: the upstream projects keep ownership of their source. A BTG contribution, BTG-created metadata, ENTITY provenance records and any BTG-derived reusable engineering pattern are separate relationships; ingestion does not create automatic ownership or royalties.
