supported bridges.csv missing from output

Hi,
I never get any value for potential bridges or supported bridges.csv file in my tansrate output.
I am using general command:
$ transrate --assembly one.fa,two.fa
--reference ref.fa
--left left.fq
--right right.fq
and my transrate version is Transrate v1.0.3.

I always get 0 for any data for potential bridges, is there any flag I am missing? Any lead would be highly appreciated.
