Regroup to 7 tabs: - "Get started" section folds in Quickstart + Installation - "Reference" section folds in the API reference + Glossary - Governance stays a top-level tab (it's the wedge) and is now also linked from the homepage "why a ledger" section, so it's reachable regardless of viewport width.
