[FR] Excel (XLSX) module

A nice addition in the future would be an Excel module for reading and writing XLSX files.

OpenXLSX seems quite nice: https://github.com/troldal/OpenXLSX

Tried wrapping it myself but I don't possess the wits to do so unfortunately.

I've been looking into this. There's nothing that really has "full" functionality, from what I can find, so I have been playing around with PhpSpreadsheet to see about maybe porting it.
