__init__.py needed

This isn't a big issue, but the pyxhook directory should have a init.py file in it, else python will look for an installed module of the same name. Just an empty file is enough :)

PS - same for the plugins directory :P I have some useful code for getting names of all plugins as a list and passing that to whichever script calls the module directory if it would be useful? Can make a branch as an example.
