Files that are stopped are still downloaded

**Steps to reproduce:**

- Add a torrent
- Click Files to open the files section
- Click Stop next to several files

**Expected result:**

These files should not be downloaded.

**Actual result:**

These files are all downloaded

**Context:**

This is on simple torrent v1.3.9 running via umbrel.

Thanks for your work on simple torrent, it really does make torrents easy! :-)
