Compound with actual Pirelli-C-Code

Would be nice to be able to distinguish the coumpounds by their Pirelli-C-Code and not only by their Soft/Medium/Hard label to compare behaviors across different races.

I am not entirely sure if this level of detail is available in our raw data source, but I will investigate it.

we can build a static configuration layer in our project to map them.

Create a src/data/tyreAllocations.json file that maps every Grand Prix circuit to Pirelli's official allocation for the season (e.g., Monaco: ["C3", "C4", "C5"]).

Build a utility function that intercepts the compound string from the /stints endpoint and dynamically translates it:

SOFT -> Maps to the softest compound for that track (e.g., C5)
MEDIUM -> Maps to the middle compound (e.g., C4)
HARD -> Maps to the hardest compound (e.g., C3)
This logic can be implemented directly inside our /api/timing Backend-For-Frontend route.
