Loss of sales by device category with the event purchase

Hi,
My GA4 events go up in JS from the user navigation, and I only send the Purshase event with the API,
I specify that I send the "session_id" parameter and the "client_id"
But in the reports I lose the purshase vent by device category,

do you have any idea how to fix this?

We're also seeing this issue where conversions aren't being stored for mobile or tablet, but are for desktop.

It's almost like the scripts aren't picking up on the UA when it's being passed to GA4.
