Menu meetings link - causes a redirect

When I click meetings from the menu I notice a redirect from http://bradlug.co.uk/meetings to http://bradlug.co.uk/meetings/ (notice the slash). This appears to be a client side redirect, whereas about to about/ uses a server issued 301.

I fixed this by adding the extra slash last time I saw this happening. Github pages can be a bit weird with redirects like this.

I suspect the behaviour appears to be caused by redirect_from in the index.md file.
Will try and test this later.

If I recall correctly, I was unable to reproduce a similar redirect issue locally and it's a GitHub Pages specific thing. However any input on this would be welcome if you do find the time to look at it.
