In some cases, pem file is written to a file ~/.task

Either find python copying option to ensure pem file is not copied to a file ~/.task, or ensure ~/.task is a directory first.

Can reproduce with rm -rf ~/.task, taskdsetup client, task sync, gives error:

CA certificate not found.
