Codex: Build a clean modern personal website

Build a clean, modern, mobile-responsive personal website for this GitHub Pages repo.

Goal:
Create a polished website that looks like a serious personal hub/portfolio for Justin. It should be simple to run on GitHub Pages with no backend required.

Requirements:

• Use plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript unless the repo already uses a framework.
• Make it mobile responsive first, then desktop.
• Use a modern dark theme with smooth animations and clean spacing.
• Include these sections:
  1. Hero section with a strong intro headline.
  2. About section.
  3. Goals section: CDL/trucking, fitness/weight gain, Spanish learning, tech/AI, and self-improvement.
  4. Projects/interests section: AI tools, coding/web apps, Minecraft/modding, reptiles/tarantulas, trucking/hotshot ideas.
  5. Contact/social links area.
• Add subtle animations/transitions without making the page feel laggy.
• Make the design look high quality, not generic.
• Keep code organized and easy to edit.
• Add comments where future edits are likely.
• Do not add paid services, databases, authentication, or unnecessary dependencies.

Acceptance criteria:

• The site loads correctly from GitHub Pages.
• It looks good on iPhone and desktop.
• There are no broken links, console errors, or layout overflow issues.
• The final PR should summarize what changed and mention how to preview/test it.

Preferred style:
Dark, clean, futuristic, confident, with a slight AI/trucking/self-improvement vibe. Avoid childish colors or clutter.
