Create a tutorial for the first time at Power Polygon

I suggest using some "balloons" to introduce the tools to the user, the first time he arrives there...I believe it is better if we do that only for desktop versions, not mobile...for mobiles, we can just show a message with a descriptive text about the tool, the first time!
