[Stretch] - View Release Date value for songs with a “Released” status

As a user, I want to see a Release Date value for songs that have a “Released” status

Given the user wants to see a Release Date value for songs that are released
When the user views the Songs In Production page
Then the table displays a Release Date column with a date value for “Released” songs
