+👉 at least 4 years of commercial programming experience as a fullstack developer or similar role
+
+👉 solid understanding of TypeScript/JavaScript
+
+👉 deep working experience with Node.js (NestJS) and React (Next.js)
+
+👉 experience with AI tools for coding, testing, and documentation, and helping teammates in resolving common technical issues
+
+👉 solid knowledge of databases (both SQL and NoSQL solutions)
+
+👉 strong understanding of HTTP protocol, REST APIs, and web communication patterns
+
+👉 proficiency with HTML and CSS for creating responsive and accessible user interfaces
+
+👉 knowledge of testing strategies and experience with frontend and backend testing frameworks
+
+👉 very good level of English and Polish (both written and spoken)
+
