Merge the new dotfiles installation workflow to main and test out usability on a desktop vm.

dotfile installation Roles for different operating systems have been refactored and pushed to dev branch.

• Create a PR to merge to main from dev branch
• Test out the new installation process on Fedora, Ubuntu and Mac.
