Overlay bug when I press F1

I'm not sure how else to word it. I'll let these screens shots try to explain it.
What you'll see is that after pressing F1 and then as I move my angel of view the images from the hud show up and are upside down.
It was fine at first for where I was first looking. Then I saw this when I turned in a new direction.

What other mods are installed when this happens?

It's part of the DNSTechPack version 7.6.2.2 it's on the ATLauncher

To list the mods would take a while, it might easier for you to just look.

I just assume this would also happen even if the mod was by itself. I hadn't tested that, before posting the issue, until just now and it doesn't seem to be doing it.
