Summary

I help busy teams deliver software faster, with higher quality and minimal time investment.

In 2024, I helped 5 teams to deliver software faster (from monthly to weekly deployments, 60%+ lead time improvement) with higher quality (eliminated major incidents by introducing canary deployments, helped multiple teams see why 25-50% of daily time spent on customer problems)

In 2025, I launched my consulting practice, helping a client compress an 8-week project into 2 weeks by mapping their value stream first.

Built a community for engineerning leaders 280+ members strong, ran 13 expert-led workshops across Helsinki, Berlin, London, Lisbon and online

  • Launched independent consulting practice focused on helping technology teams deliver software faster with higher quality through Value Stream Mapping and DevOps principles.
  • Delivered measurable client impact: Reduced project scope by 75% while maintaining core value, completing delivery in 2 weeks instead of 8 weeks by first mapping the value stream to identify highest-impact work.

  • Reduced deployment time by 68%, from 22 days to 7 days, guided the team in an impact analysis of deployment problems and in developing a roadmap with countermeasures for happier customers.
  • Automated Cloud Provisioning: Developed a Django application allowing the team to automate cloud infrastructure in Azure, setup with Terraform and Python, accelerating the provisioning process from days to minutes.
