GeoJSON symbology

Symbology should be more interesting for GeoJSON output. Perhaps fill the polygon according to project, but style the border according to the status of the project site?

Added color coding by project. Fill-opacity is dependent on project status:
Completed: Near-full opaqueness
In process: 0.3
Not yet started: 0.0 (No fill - just outline).

This way the borders are still coded by project, so scenes if scenes have not been completed yet they can still visually be associated with a project.
