Running CellOT on Kaggle / Colab Pro due to limited local memory

Hello,
I am trying to run CellOT on Kaggle and Google Colab Pro because my local machine does not have enough memory to run the project.
However, the requirements.txt file raises errors during installation in both Kaggle and Colab Pro environments.

• requirements.txt fails to install properly
• Environment cannot be set up in Kaggle/Colab

Is there an updated or recommended requirements/environment setup for running CellOT in Kaggle or Google Colab Pro?
Any guidance would be very helpful.
