Migrate from gh pages to use custom http headers

Since we need to dynamically serve different content for mobile devices, it is recommended to set custom Vary HTTP Header: https://developers.google.com/search/mobile-sites/mobile-seo/dynamic-serving

As github pages does not allow to set custom headers, this is another reason to host Bright Ethereum elsewhere.
