More descriptive images in the README

Several sections of the README would benefit from having images to help describe them:
- CSS Classes - Defined Classes

> A small thumbnail image that shows the look/style of the defined classes would be serve as a great reference/key
- Themes

> A small thumbnail that gave the general impression of the color and look of the presentation would be great.
