I am curious how to get LD_RADIUS.
Looking at the example file
There are 10,000 snps in the "LDpred_data_p1.000_train_0.bim" file.

If so, is LD_RADIUS = 10,000 / 3,000 = 3.3???

I don't understand well. Please tell me how to get LD_RADIUS
