Standardized genotype data in Step 3 (ldpred score)

I read the codes and it seems the genotype data has not been standardized in score function. If I understand correctly, the posterior is derived based on standardized genotype data and thus the genotype data in step 3 should be standardized. Do I misunderstand something here? Thank you for your clarification!
