if i do not choose the value for --f, at the gibbs step, files for all fractions will be generated, however, no matter what gibbs sampler fraction i choose, again in the next step (score), all of fraction still being tested and the program also report the best fraction as well.
this is confusing. does it really matter which gibbs_LDpred be used for --score function?
