The activity Map looks incorrect in RTL UI

Describe the bug
The "Activity Map" looks incorrect when viewing it in an RTL (Right-to-left) user interface.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. In your Moodle environment, install an Arabic or Hebrew language pack.
2. Create some activities and set activity completion restrictions for them.
3. Add an "Activity Map".
4. Enter the "Activity Map" and see how the graph looks.
5. In Moodle, switch to an Arabic of Hebrew user interface.
6. See how the "Activity Map" graph looks in an RTL UI.

Expected behavior
The graph should be readable also in an RTL user interface.

First of all - thank you for the report.
Would you please be so kind and post the plain graphviz input of a non working graph here ?

You can get it by replacing the mod/activitymap/view.php with mod/activitymap/gvizdot.php in the URL Line of the browser. Leave the other parameters as they are. You will get a kind of HTML page, and what i need is the source of this HTML page.

It looks something like this:

I think it does not really reflect your problem.
Does this problem only occur with non-latin letters ?

I think what you are showing in the image is a Left-to-right (LTR) view of the activity map.
This problem also occurs with latin letters.

It's not an issue of characters that are not rendered correctly. It's an issue of a view problem when the user interface of Moodle is RTL, like in Arabic or Hebrew.
