The c2 module defines aliases for the current target C types.
The name c2 seems inconsistent for this, ctypes would be more appropriate.
Using the actual spelling of the C type names would make the C library interface files much easier to read and write.
The parser could accept the C types in .c2i files or if configured via an option or a configuration setting.
