Provide the option for on-demand instance vs spot instance

For some very large cracking jobs, on-demand becomes necessary to avoid having the instance interrupted. Provide an option to choose more expensive on-demand instances rather than spot instances for jobs that require it.

I would appreciate the option as a feature request. We are constantly getting booted and having the ability to resume the cracking or go to a more expensive on-demand instance woudl be preferable.

Is there any update to this? I'm running into the same issue almost every time I'm starting a job I get interrupted/outbid. On-demand instance as an option would be very helpful to avoid this
