[BUG] running a single task from the frotnend results in the lack of ability to run the other task

Bug Description

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a fullstack task with multiple subtasks
2. click run on a single subtask
3. watch the other dissapear unless running task is deleted

Expected Behavior

Should be able to run subtasks in parallel or not.
