[FEATURE REQUEST] Effective bait depth

Feature request description
The log only provides the total bait depth after filtration (number of baits/number of targets or bp length). A more useful additional statistic would be effective depth (number of baits/number of retained targets or retained bp length). The effective depth would exclude any targets that ended up with 0 baits and thus mathematically would be >= total depth when retained targets != 0.
