Point cloud vtp file output only in "interactive usage" but not in "from code"

Currently, the interactive usage have a very nice package of outputs with all the plots, graphs, raw data and 3D rendering of the point cloud.
However, I cannot find the code to generate the vtp files to view the rendering in ParaView, especially in "batched analyze everything". Could you please direct me to the code that helps to generate vtp files? Thanks!
