integration tests notifications

I'm still getting notifications for failing tests like https://github.com/canonical/operator/actions/runs/24926339170

I thought that was because I was the most recent committer, but that's not the case. Perhaps dependabot is filtered out, leaving me the most recent human committer?

I can unsubscribe from the repo and felt like leaving a note in case none else sees these.

Ah I think it's because Tony re-ran the test from the ealier point in history.

Feel free to close if that's the case.

Hi @dimaqq - hope you are well! Yes, James and I re-ran that; I didn't realise the notification would go to you based on the scheduler even though I manually retriggered.

Repos scanned (no scheduled workflows found): api_demo_server, charm-ubuntu, charmlibs, pytest-jubilant.
"Last edited" = most recent commit touching the schedule: block (the key plus its - cron: line(s)), found via git log -L. Note that some of these commits also
touched other lines in the workflow; the subject may not mention scheduling.

So we should do a small cosmetic edit to the two Dima ones in the meantime.
