docs: mention that gadget's 'connections' stanza doesn't fail for missing slots or plugs #301

Description

@lorenzo-medici

Hi,
The connections stanza in the gadget.yaml file is an important feature in some applications, as it allows developers to configure their autoconnection rules in a simpler and better way.
What I think is missing in that page is that if a slot or a plug is missing on the system when it is installed, the event is logged but is not treated as an error.

Please see the sources for the missing plug and missing slot logging events.

With the current information on the page, this behavior is not clear and one could assume that a missing slot or plug might make the installation fail.

Thanks!
