Won't open files on Sequoia

I tried the BetterMediaInfo_0.8.0_aarch64.dmg and macOS said it was damaged and wouldn't open it.

the regular x64 would open, but when trying to feed it a file, it wouldn't display anything, just nothing would happen.

Trying to drop in a 70GB MKV. I suppose it's just too big to work with quickly, but I just get this image in the GUI when I try to load it.

MacOS always says unsigned app damaged. Please ask an agent to give you a guide on how to suppress this. 70GB is not a problem. If it's on a network drive, you will have to wait for a while.
