Optimize EEL2 VM usage

• Check loop structure
• Check if JIT compiling is in place (why do we need to pass the script on each call?)
• Understand why JSFX is using spl0 instead of spl[0] (see Use array index instead of multiple in/out variables? #10 )

I tried the following but it didn't improve performance for me.
Maybe there are additional steps necessary?
