restructure homepage around single item

Restructure so there’s one main intriguing piece of content (TBD, perhaps latest blog post) as ⅔ of the horizontal width of the homepage, then add a ⅓ width box for obtaining contact info in exchange for a free ebook (graphics & ebook focus TBD) - see http://michaelhyatt.com/ and http://www.traciefountain.com/

I'd still like to see us capture contact info in exchange for a free ebook, but that can certainly happen later.

I'm fine waiting to do this. I updated the text in the three boxes. But, Sarah, I do think we need new images, at least for the middle and right one, since the text is different. The link and wheel don't work anymore. Also, I'd like to change the order so that "What is corporate chaplaincy?" is first and the business model one is second, but I wasn't sure how to change the images, so I left the business model one first. We could change the order post-launch, though.
