Add why/who to shipped projects + an 'in progress' band

Live cards (Knob, Skills Curator, Claunchpad) detail views now carry a
"Why I built it" paragraph + "Who it's for" line.

New "◐ in progress" band under ★ shipped, with five WIP projects — each a
custom-icon card opening a full detail view (pitch, why/who, highlights):
- ANCYR — my AI-native Himalayan Angora house (~26-agent company, family
  craft since 1965 in Kullu), launching Oct 2026 — links ancyr.com only
- Kids Planet — agentic AI inside my family's K-8 school (Planet Studio,
  AI paper checker) — links kidsplanetkullu.com only
- FooFindr, Chat2Business, Swadesh — my products/bets in build

These move out of the ~/systems list into the band; no GitHub links on
ANCYR or Kids Planet.
