Application: Add a summaries page for application

📄 Context

Currently, when you click the application to inspect, it immediately opens a list of epochs and continues the drilldown to reach inputs and tournaments.

✔️ Solution

Add an application page where we can quickly view summaries of totals and lists of the latest epochs, inputs, and tournaments, with links to each page.

📈 Subtasks

• Implement the summaries (e.g. Total number of epochs, inputs, outputs, tournaments, reports)
• Add a component with the current epoch and tournament information
• Implement list of latest inputs.
• Implement list of latest epochs.

🎯 Definition of Done

• Accessing the application page, I can see a summary of inputs, epochs, and tournaments
• I can navigate to the tournament page.
• I can navigate to the epoch page.
