Support more Clone Hero features for converted charts

No apparent conversion from BeatSaber comes to mind, but the following features would be nice to support:

Important

• Open notes
  • Should not be an issue to extend current implementation to support these.
• HOPO
  • Already somewhat working?
• Tap notes
• Sustains
  • Maybe do something with walls from BeatSaber.

Less important

• Star Power
• Solos

Lighting events from BeatSaber could be something interesting to look into.
