Rain demo

I think a rain demo would be a very welcome addition.
In fact, I believe the image representing the plugin is actually a rain effect, so it just makes sense !
Rain is slightly different than snow as discussed here: #144

Also, I'd add even more demo or add a way for people to easily contribute to a common gallery of effects.
