Consider the best way to launch stories thinking that most likely, the framework will be a maven jar dependency within the user's project.
This is important because stories must be visible by our JUnitStories / Embedder etc.
Consider if spring context should be extendable or if its better to leave it issolated and provide other means of scalability from the user's scope.
Once it's clear, discuss with team and implement it.
