The `forbiddenfruit` dependency is dead and unmaintained

We're trying to package blockbuster for Gentoo since anyio started requiring it. However, it depends on forbiddenfruit package that is clearly dead and unmaintained. It has had no release in 4 years, no activity in 3 years, it doesn't seem to have been tested upstream with any Python version newer than 3.7 and it still uses nosetests that have been abandoned and buried ~10 years ago. Please consider removing the dependency.

If it's needed, would probably be easy to just copy the code into this project. Stripping out the unneeded parts, looks to be <400 lines, most of which is just simple lists.

It looks like blockbuster is now a test dependency for aiohttp https://github.com/aio-libs/aiohttp, which I’ve been co-maintaining in Fedora. I’m not sure yet whether it will be easier to skip the affected tests or package blockbuster (I’m waiting for Cython 3.1 to land in Fedora Rawhide), but a quick look at blockbuster leads me to echo @mgorny’s concerns about the forbiddenfruit dependency.

I also have some concerns about packaging the logo, #50.

The dependency is optional.
