Uncollapsed files preserving bait/prey relationships

In general, identifying baits and preys, and thus reciprocality, from the bioplex data.frames alone is not straightforward as there is some collapsing involved in generating these files. We may need to host the actual list of baits, which is part of the supplement of the BioPlex 3.0 paper (Table S1), for analysis needing this information.

Update: we reached out to Ed to obtain the uncollapsed files.

Functions such as getBioPlex would then get a boolean argument collapsed = TRUE/FALSE that would allow a user to indicate whether s/he would like to obtain interactions in collapsed form or not.
