Feature: Assistant - Send Voice Messages

I would love to just talk to Tilly.
Technically I can just use the dictate feature, but it's not quite the same.

The idea is the following:

• Similar UI to WhatsApp: When textarea is empty, users can press record button and speak. They can pause, continue, replay delete and send.
• use Elevenlabs UI Components
• Add a server endpoint that uses Google Speech2Text and sends the text back.
• Submit the transcription as the message to the chat.
