Defined Rule

A review confirms that a Defined rule is complete when

• The title should include a brief description
• The textual comments make sense (hash tagged text)
• The Rule Description has been filled in and makes sense
• If the Rule outcome message is created, does it make sense
• If there are any specific citations, confirm that the description matches the citation

Created Rule

• The logic is defined
• Test data is defined in the Excel template, both positive and negative
• The rule can execute completely, either to success or failure
