HOW WE COME UP WITH NEW RULES

1. Create a Define PBI for the rule in new Issues
2. Nick assigns the PBI a high priority so it can go into a Sprint.
3. In defining the Sprint backlog during the Planning meeting the team will intentionally and consciously leave room for adding Create Rule PBIs to the current Sprint.
4. The Define PBI is worked and the rule is created in the Rule editor with a DDF99999 number.
5. A Create Rule PBI is created in the Product Backlog when the Define PBI is added to the Sprint Backlog.
6. When the team is ready to work the Create PBI it is added to a Sprint in the Sprint Backlog and accepted into a current running Sprint if possible.
7. If a Create Rule PBI cannot be worked for whatever reason it will just languish in the Product backlog with low priority.
