Ship pastefromhtml with html.parser, html.entities, _markupbase.py?

It may be possible to ship pastefromhtml with html.parser, html.entities, _markupbase.py from cpython to avoid problems in Windows (e.g., #12). This may require some changes in the documentation and the license.
