Subject: [PATCH] Added Zly's Reapack repository

There are some handy and complex scripts that other people might find very handy, some of those are:
- Video Auto Flipper: a tool for making video editing much easier, it uses a compositing method of editing videos.
- MIDI To Items: Converts selected midi in the editor to item-samples with provided samples.
